These Terms apply to the Website only. Flooring work we perform for you is governed by the separate written proposal or contract you sign with us.

2. About Our Business

Eco Epoxy Flooring Los Angeles provides epoxy flooring, concrete floor coatings, surface preparation and related services for residential, commercial and industrial properties in Los Angeles County and surrounding areas. We have served customers since 2011 and are bonded and insured. California Contractor’s State License Board (CSLB) License No. [ENTER LICENSE NUMBER]. 3. Prices, Cost Estimates & Quotes

Prices, price ranges, garage packages and results from the Cost Estimate tool on this Website are general estimates for information only. They are not offers, bids or binding quotes. Actual pricing depends on factors that can only be confirmed on site, including:

• Actual measured square footage
• Condition of the concrete and required repairs
• Moisture levels and any moisture-mitigation needed
• Removal of existing coatings, paint, tile or adhesives
• The coating system, colors, finishes and options you select
• Access, scheduling and project requirements

Your price is set only in a written quote or contract provided after an on-site evaluation. Written quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote.

4. Booking Requests & Appointments

Submitting the Book a Service, Cost Estimate or Contact form is a request, not a confirmed appointment. An appointment is confirmed only when our team contacts you and confirms a date and time. Please give us reasonable notice if you need to reschedule or cancel an estimate appointment. Preferred dates you select are not guaranteed.

5. Flooring Projects, Contracts & Warranties

All installation, repair and coating work is performed under a separate written proposal or contract. That document sets out the scope of work, price, payment terms, schedule, cure times, preparation requirements and any warranty. If anything on this Website conflicts with your signed contract, the contract controls.

Warranty coverage, where offered, is described only in your written contract or warranty document. General statements on this Website about durability, lifespan, cure times or performance are typical expectations, not guarantees, because results depend on concrete conditions, moisture, use, traffic, sunlight exposure and maintenance.

6. Colors, Samples, Photos & Designs

Photos, renderings and color images on this Website are for illustration and inspiration. Some images show representative examples of epoxy flooring styles and may not be photos of our own completed projects. Colors can look different on screens, and finished floors may vary from samples, photos and swatches due to lighting, concrete conditions, flake distribution and the application process.

Metallic, marble-look, swirl and other decorative epoxy floors are created by hand during installation, so every floor’s pattern is unique and cannot be reproduced exactly from a photo or sample.

7. Calls, Texts & Communications

By providing your phone number and choosing to be contacted by phone or text, you agree that we may contact you about your request, estimate, appointment or project. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing our services.

8. Acceptable Use of the Website

You allow us to use them to evaluate your project and prepare a quote. We will not publish photos of your property or name you as a customer without your permission.

10. Reviews & Testimonials

Customer reviews and testimonials on this Website reflect the individual experiences of those customers. Every project is different, and your results may vary. If you submit a review to us, you allow us to display it on our Website and marketing using your first name and last initial and city, unless you ask us not to.

11. Website Content & Trademarks

The Website’s text, design, logo, graphics, page layouts and other content are owned by Eco Epoxy Flooring Los Angeles or used with permission, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use, such as planning your project.
